Senior Account Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for a switched-on Senior Account Manager to join a boutique digitally-focused, brand and marketing agency. They offer their clients a unique blend of data science to assist with customer experience insights and deliver end-to-end customer service from planning and strategy through to implementation and ongoing optimisation.

Reporting to the Account Director, you will need to have solid integrated experience across ATL, BTL as well as digital and social media experience. With excellent communication skills, you’ll be exceptionally organised, capable of liaising with clients of all levels and produce thorough creative briefs and oversee end-to-end production of all communication. Ability to oversee and delivery quality communication on time and budget is essential.

A passionate, enthusiastic and positive can-do attitude is essential for this role.

Essential Skill set requirements:
• Manage the creative development process across traditional, digital & social media platforms from concept through to activation
• Take, interpret and implement campaign briefs
• Work closely with the creative team and be responsible for managing the workflow
• Build rapport and nurture a strong working relationship with your clients, creatives & supplier network
• Be able to work autonomously, capable of lateral thinking and problem solving
• Strong understanding of the creative agency process, from concept development through to production and media placement.
• Be proactive and love to work as part of a team in order to identify opportunities for both clients & agency.

Previous experience in a local digital, design or communications agency is required.
