Senior Account Manager/Account Director

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Account Manager ready to step up to Account Director to join our dynamic and growing agency and play a key role in shaping and executing projects across a range of blue chip clients.

About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager who is ready to step up to Account Director with an understanding of B2B marketing. You’ll be leading integrated campaigns across digital, video, social, content, events and OOH, reporting to a Group Account Director.
The day to day looks like:
• Own the day-to-day client relationship for Optus and some of our other clients — interrogating briefs, earning client trust as a proactive, solutions-oriented partner, whilst being part of a strong team.
• Form strong relationships with strategists, creative teams and producers to develop and deliver brilliant strategic and creative outputs.
• Manage projects from end-to-end. A strong understanding of prioritising tasks, managing budgets and timelines to ensure that everything stays on track.
• Build up knowledge in the B2B space and use these insights and key client project learnings to inform proactive client work.
• Have a good understanding of how smaller projects fit into a bigger picture and are able to identify and raise new opportunities for growth across key clients.
You will need to:
• Be an experienced Senior Account Manager with a minimum of 4-6 years’ creative agency experience, ideally from a digital or integrated background.
• Exhibiting strong project management skills, a solid marketing background, and a creative mindset, with experience in B2B communications would be great but not 100% essential.
• Excel in communication, both written and verbal, and are confident in presenting to clients.
• Have a track record in developing strong relationships both internally with your team and with clients.
• Be happy working from our office from Tuesday through to Thursday
Hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree and have a passion for continuous learning and growth.
