Senior Campaign Manager, Marketing

$96,942 per annum + 9.5% superannuation
Full Time, Fixed Term for 2 Years

The National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) is seeking a Senior Campaign Manager, Marketing to deliver innovative advertising and promotional campaigns for NGV branded projects, exhibitions, programs and events, as well as support and develop members of the Marketing team.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Marketing, you will be responsible for developing strategies and implementing multifaceted promotional plans for the NGV. Other key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring on time delivery of promotional material, including provision of briefs, logos, mastheads, promotional copy, images, captions, copyright or owner permissions.
• Managing members of the Marketing team by aligning the team with the organisational values and goals through effective people management and modelling.
• Leading and developing innovative digital strategies and creative content plans to ensure best practice and enhance NGV’s profile.
• Working closely with the Associate Director and Senior Campaign Manager within Marketing, along with Media and Public Affairs and Corporate Partnerships teams to identify and influence negotiations, as well as grow relationships with media partners and corporate partners to ensure maximum retention and growth.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of the department’s strategic plan; a marketing strategy to attract and engage the tourism market and apply innovative thinking to influence best practice within the Marketing department.

To be successful you will be tertiary qualified and able to demonstrate extensive experience in advertising or marketing fields. A proven ability to develop innovative campaigns coupled with managing and motivating a high performing team will see you thrive in this role. You produce written communication that is well defined and concise and are able to effectively communicate objectives to team members. Your drive and commitment allow you to maintain a solution focused approach to relationship building and development of promotional campaigns.
