Senior Digital Marketing Advisor

What are we looking for?

We are currently looking for an experienced a Senior Digital Marketing Advisor who will drive digital elements of campaigns and deliver value through digital solutions that support key business objectives.

Your role will include:

Create and implement a digital and social strategy in-line with the yearly marketing strategy;
Work with stakeholders to develop content for use in thought leadership and sales backed campaigns, and work with Marketing and Communications Advisers to execute campaigns across digital channels;
Manage always-on advertising and re-targeting across Google AdWords, LinkedIn, etc.;
Monitor success of campaigns, report results and adjust campaigns in response;
Maintain a social content calendar to schedule and post content daily – leveraging existing content or creating additional content to support marketing strategy and complement seasonal campaign activity;
Develop email e-newsletter for clients including managing content, finding images, seeking approvals from clients and stakeholders, managing email list and communicating with internal stakeholders;
Lead reporting of website statistics, including interpreting and acting on results, using tools including Google Analytics; and
Be a key member of global digital communities of practice – sharing success stories, passing along feedback to global team, collaborate on global projects and initiatives etc.

Who are we looking for?

You will have:

Tertiary qualifications in a related subject such as Marketing / Business;
3-5 years’ marketing and/or communications experience;
Strong campaign and/or project management experience;
Strong understanding of social media channel management and strategy;
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.), CRM Management, Website CMS experience, front end web development experience a bonus;
Experience creating and editing content for video, podcasts, social, web, and print;
Strong relationship building skills and excellent communication skills and interpersonal ability.
