Senior Digital Marketing Manager

A full-service marketing, digital and creative agency renowned for delivering exceptionally cost-effective and agile services for the hospitality, Club, entertainment and some corporate industries. Serving more than 300 clients, the team includes over 60 brand and strategy marketers, social media specialists, designers, animators, videographers, photographers, web and app developers, data analysts, and an outstanding post-production team.

The role

Due to rapid expansion through diversification, this agency is searching for a Senior Digital Marketer who will live and breathe the world of digital and social to deliver superior outcomes for a variety of clients. You will own and grow digital marketing campaigns for the business.

You will be required to:
– Create and execute results-driven paid social media campaigns and digital marketing plans for a variety of clients.
– You lead and run paid social and search campaigns – Facebook Ads Manager, Google Adwords and display network.
– Undertake digital eco-system reviews to help clients with identifying improvements.
– Influencer/advocate management including identifying groups and individuals to build solid relationships, and ensuring deliverables are met.
– Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
– Working alongside our other creatives to assist in the creation and editing of written and visual content.
– Develop optimisation plans to continuously improve the performance of social and search channels against key KPIs such as revenue growth, profitability, venue traffic and market share for a variety of clients.
– Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
– Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
– Deliver monthly reporting on each account including analytics.

About you
– You’re a campaign wiz (you can do it all!) – you’re skilled at strategizing and developing campaigns, you can manage competing priorities of your team members, you have a meticulous attention to detail, a strong eye for creative and copy and you’re technically savvy.
– You can easily run a campaign using Adobe, Microsoft Office, EDM softwares, Hootsuite, etc) and you deliver things on time and within budget.
– You’re passionate about digital marketing and driving commercial and brand outcomes for clients using digital strategies and major social media platforms.
– You can lead a team, are experienced at mentoring and coaching staff and have exceptional account management and client relationship skills.
– You have hands-on experience running paid social and search campaigns – Facebook Ads Manager, Google Adwords and display network experience.
– Ideally you have experience in a similar role (preferably a fast-paced agency) with minimum of 4 years’ experience managing and growing digital marketing and a sound knowledge of marketing and communications principles.
