Senior Product Manager – Digital Media

The role

We’re on the hunt for a data driven, results focused Senior Product Manager to help drive the strategy and delivery of our media products. A truly collaborative role in a high performing team and fast paced setting, you’ll work alongside and influence key internal and external stakeholders to advance product development, digital innovation and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do
*Manage the strategy and execution of advertising products for Australia’s top automotive brands to ensure we deliver the right media solutions to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
*Work with head of product to research develop new and products and grow and optimise existing products to ensure that our product vision comes to life.
*Mentor and coach other Product Managers so they can execute and deliver products successfully.
*Work with our internal teams to deliver advertising revenue through effective media product solutions.
*Deliver incredible results and drive sustainable uplift in revenue through solutions that create business value, customer value and scalable tech.
*Understand our strategic and competitive position in the online advertising and media landscape, so you can deliver products that demonstrate why we are the best in our industry.

What we’re looking for
*Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Technology, Business or similar.
*An impressive track record of delivering digital products and complex projects alongside solid experience and understanding of the digital media landscape – experience in online media and native advertising is a must.
*We would love you to have advertising product experience – either native, programmatic, video or other audience-driven digital media products
*Someone who’s comfortable navigating through stakeholder waters with ease and who can inspire our teams to work towards common goals.
*Enthusiasm to coach other product managers. Any experience in supervising a team will be highly sought after.
*The ability to build relationships and collaborate with our tech, design and sales teams. You’ll also bring a strong customer focus and empathy, familiar with common product management tools including roadmaps, analytics, etc
*A can-do, proactive work ethic and a results driven mindset – you’re happy to get involved with any task required to get the job done
