The role:

Your role as an Organic Search SEO Specialist will be responsible for building and executing the organic search campaigns of a wide variety of businesses from a large range of industries. This opportunity will allow an individual to thrive and be part of a dynamic agency that is growing in a highly competitive industry. Your role will mainly be focused on organic search, however you will be supported by an amazing team of digital marketers and have the opportunity to learn about and work in various other digital channels.

SEO Manager role:

Your role as an SEO Manager will be responsible for building and executing the organic search campaigns of a wide variety of businesses from a large range of industries. This opportunity will allow an individual to thrive and be part of a dynamic agency that is growing in a highly competitive industry. Your role will mainly be focused on organic search, however you will be supported by an amazing team of digital marketers and have the opportunity to learn about and work in various other digital channels.

You must possess a passion understanding your clients and their business objectives. You have a high attention to detail, can manage workload and are confident in speaking with both clients and new businesses. You can manage the day-to-day running of campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to streamline processes while maintaining a high level of output quality.

SEO Manager responsibilities:

Growing clients’ digital presence and increasing their market share via SEO strategies.
Development, execution and analysis of SEO campaigns for multiple clients across many industries.
Working collaboratively with the team to deliver the SEO components of campaigns.
Develop, manage and coordinate campaign strategies for multiple clients.
Manage client, publishers and 3rd party agency communication flow.
Provide suitable reporting and analysis on all campaigns.

The SEO Manager will have a background of:

A minimum of two (2) years experience working in a similar role.
Experience working with large, blue-chip clients.
Familiar will current SEO software’s & browser plug in’s
Familiar with additional analytics’ packages
Excel to an intermediate level (vLoop Ups, Pivot Tables, IF functions)
Understanding of a variety of CMS systems
Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript & CSS, & an advanced understanding of server-side concepts such as PHP, ColdFusion, RoR, .Net, etc.
Good knowledge and understanding of the Australian digital media marketplace & trends.
