Social & Content Manager

Fabulous opportunity to combine your passion for beauty products with your flair for Social Media, eCommerce and Digital Marketing.

In this highly successful and growing Australian start-up you’ll take control of their most important Marketing tool – their Social presence. You’ll work across a range of Social platforms, developing the Content strategy, planning the Calendar, and managing campaigns day-to-day. With a strong eye on campaign analytics and performance, you’ll ensure all activity is relevant, compelling, and impactful, reflecting the brand’s cheeky and fun tone of voice. You’ll also focus on optimising the eCommerce experience, using tools such as Shopify and SEO, ensuring a smooth and streamlined shopping experience for consumers. The role is end-to-end, including copywriting and you’ll be working with internal and external resources such as Designers, Influencers, videographers, and photographers.

To shine in this role, you’ll have at least three to five years’ experience in a similar environment, and be comfortable working with a small, tight-knit team. You’ll live and breathe the Social world, with cutting-edge knowledge of best-practice and new technology. You’ll have excellent stakeholder skills, understand how to manage suppliers and most importantly an enthusiastic and energetic approach.
