Social Digital Designer

As a Social Designer, you’ll work as part of the Social team, helping to deliver the concepts, design and production of high-quality social content. Day-to-day, you’ll collaborate with our team of Social Specialists and Community Managers, helping them come up with ideas that capture the hearts and minds of our clients’ customers. You’ll then help execute these ideas, creating dynamic content that attracts attention and strikes an emotional chord with audiences.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Conceiving and creating social assets, and bringing them to life across still imagery, GIFs, videos and more.
Art direction and styling of social content shoots (both in-house and on-set).
Sharing new trends and updates on platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube and LinkedIn.

QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS
Obsessed with social and pop culture, with a keen eye on the future of media and technology.
Strong understanding of design principles and a sense of craft.
Basic photography skills. Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. Skills in styling, animation, art direction, illustration and video production will be highly regarded.
Big thinking! You’re a creative problem solver who loves ideas and making them happen.
Excellent organisational skills, enabling you to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Accountable, with a ‘roll up your sleeves’ attitude and a focus on continuous improvement.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
