Social Media Co-Ordinator

Looking for that elusive entry level Marketing role? Are you a “natural” in Social media with an innate understanding of how to optimise a brand’s social presence? Are you willing to be part of a small, tight-knit and fast-paced team?

This exciting role is in a fun retail food business, with outlets around Australia. A key pillar of their Marketing strategy is Local Area Marketing, and Social Media is an integral part of this. Your role would be to develop and implement Paid campaigns across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram which drive local traffic into outlets. You’d also create and curate content, working closely with a Designer, and then measure the effectiveness of campaigns. You’d monitor customer engagement and act as a moderator. With your knowledge of this space you’d offer pro-active ideas and generate new thinking around the role of Social Media in the business. Reporting into the Marketing team you’d also gain great exposure to the broader Marketing mix and have the chance to learn from some very talented experts.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need an energetic, enthusiastic attitude and be happy to roll up your sleeves. You should have a great foundation of Social Media knowledge and understanding of how to develop campaigns in a commercial context, especially how to execute paid Social campaigns. You may be fresh out of University and seeking a full-time Graduate role, or even still studying and able to commit to an ongoing part-time position.

This is a growing and dynamic business, with an entrepreneurial approach. The office is located in an inner-city suburb with parking on-site and trams outside the door. The team are welcoming and friendly and are willing to train and help develop your career. There’s also great long-term career prospects on offer.

Don’t miss this opportunity to launch your Marketing career.
