The role:

– Contribute to the day-to-day management and content strategy of key accounts
– Report into the Social Media Manager and Account Director
– Collaborate on social media planning, content development, influencer/paid media management and copywriting
– Create and maintain monthly social media calendars for clients
– Plan and monitor Ad Campaigns across social platforms
– Develop and implement digital communication plans and strategies
– Develop copy for blogs and social platforms
– Monitor, measure and report on social media performance
– Stay on top of market trends and share best practices with agency and clients


– Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism or related field
– 1-2+ years experience in social media (agency preferred)
– Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Blogs, etc.)
– Previous experience with social advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.)
– Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
– Demonstrated knowledge of the social media influencer space
– Previous experience with digital and social analytics
– Highly skilled in social strategy and building brand awareness
– Proven experience with social media management and measurement tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Talkwalker, etc.)
– Team player with strong organisational skills
