Social Influence Manager
You will be joining a team that focuses on its customers and has an environment that encourages out of the box ideas and collaboration.

The role
Firstly the purpose of this role is to develop and coordinate programs of communication designed to create buzz, build trust and motivate Australians to consider this awesome brand. There is a lot of work to do.

You will apply your excellent skills in understanding the mind and mood of consumer and key points of influence in their decision making.

Specifically you will be responsible for;
Translating the brand and communication strategy into social, media and influencer strategy.
Oversee execution of PR, social and influencer plans with external agencies.
Manage the brands social media accounts.
Manage all activity to approved budgets.
Ensuring all communication is compliant and approved prior to in market.
What you will need
5+Years’ experience with at least 2 being client side.
Solid strategic skill set, utilizing insight n data to develop plans.
Experience executing key content, PR and Social Media initiatives.
Excellent communication and influence skills, you will know how to take others on a journey.
Experience managing external agencies and other third parties.
Demonstrate sound judgement of decision making.
Experienced in coordinating research and insight initiatives.
Excellent at problem solving with innovative ideas to overcome issues – think outside the box!
Experience in Fintech or Challenger environment would be a real advantage.
