Social Media Manager

– 1-2 years’ experience
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Passion for social media and digital marketing
– Experience in managing social media channels and writing engaging content
– Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines
– Ability to work autonomously and cooperatively as part of a close-knit team
– Proven track record of building audience, community size and engagement
– Knowledge and existing relationships with the Australian fashion and beauty- social media landscape including bloggers, influencers and celebrities is a must
– Experience with photo editing tools, such as Photoshop
– Must be active on social media and possess a strong knowledge of social media platforms
– Responsible for growing TMC and Clients’ online communities
-Responsible for managing all social media profiles for TMC and other brands – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitter and YouTube
– Sourcing and creating all content for social media – researching, writing, and editing engaging content that is shareable across all social platforms
– Generating Content Grids in a timely matter
– Day to day Community Management
– Reporting across all platforms
– Managing and reconciling monthly social budgets
– Responsible for uploading client content across their social platforms on a daily basis, or as outlined in the approved content grid
– Present at all TMC client events to capture social coverage on behalf of TMC and the client, where relevant
