🌟 About the Agency:

🚗 Key Clients:
You’ll be managing the social media presence for 3-4 exciting clients, including a prestigious automotive company. Your role will be crucial in shaping their digital voice and engaging their audience.

🌐 Your Role:
Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
Content Management: Collaborate with the creative department to ideate, brief, and manage social content across all channels.
Client Interaction: Influence client strategy, attend key meetings, and provide insightful recommendations to grow their social media presence.
Team Leadership: Oversee and manage the Social Media Coordinator in executing content delivery.
Performance Tracking: Analyze performance data, track key metrics, and generate monthly social decks with actionable insights.
Community Engagement: Manage community interactions through Hootsuite and other tools, ensuring consistent engagement with followers.
Content Calendar: Build and maintain content calendars for always-on and campaign content.
Digital Integration: Develop strategies and execute content for other digital channels, including email, websites, digital display, native ads, and Google Ads.

📅 Work Schedule:
4 Days in the Office: Collaborate and innovate with your team.
1 Day Working from Home: Enjoy the flexibility to work from home one day a week.

🎯 Reporting To:
Strategy Director: You’ll be reporting directly to the Strategy Director, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.

📈 Requirements:
Experience: At least 2 years of solid social media management experience.
Skills: Proficiency in creating and executing social media strategies, content management, and community engagement.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media platforms, paid media strategies, and social management tools like Hootsuite and Sprout.
Passion: A genuine love for social media and a keen eye for detail.
