We’re currently going through a period of tremendous growth and need another Social Media Manager who is passionate about paid & organic media as well as community management who wants to work with some of the world’s leading brands across Alcohol, Tech and Health.

You’ll join a creative team of fearless, hard working account handlers, strategists and creative thinkers who always strive towards excellence. While we operate at a global level, we maintain a start up culture within an environment that is social, fun and engaging, in a warehouse-style office space that is full of natural light.

The role is to:
• Partner with strategic planners and account service to plan and execute media campaigns across digital channels with a focus on social media
• Deep dive into target audience & key messages to recommend the right channel mix across the client base
• Partner with the creative team to ensure ideas are fit-for-channel and fit-for-strategy
• Build and present detailed media plans to senior client stakeholders
• Implement and optimise plans on a regular basis
• Report on results and create recommendations, spotting learnings and opportunities to present to the team and senior client stakeholders
• Be responsible for community management and conversation moderation across agreed social channels for allocated clients

You will need:
• A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role of planning and implementing paid and organic digital media and community management across a variety of platforms with a focus on social.
• To have an expert understanding of how to set up and optimise campaigns within Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin
• Strong analytical skills, you enjoy digging into the numbers daily to better your buys
• Experience as brand representative on social channels with the ability to liaise between online communities
• Experience managing paid campaigns across Youtube, SEM, Display, Native and Programmatic would be preferable
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal is a must. You need to be able to generate content in a range of voices to suit different client requirements.
