ActewAGL’s Retail Sales Team have an exciting opportunity for a motivated self-starter to join their team as the Sponsorship Administrator for a 2 year period.

A day in the life of a Sponsorship Administrator
You will:
*Support the planning, maintenance and execution of sponsorships, which includes working with strategic partners, staff and community participation programs.
*Build positive and productive relationships with sponsorship and sales partners, sponsored organisations, internal and external clients.
*Assist with leveraging programs for sponsorship agreements including the development of media, publicity, communications, marketing, sales and business development opportunities.
*Coordinate the ordering, storage, inventory management, dispatch and delivery of branded promotional items, signage and clothing.
*Coordinate the strategic sponsorship guidelines to streamline approvals processes.
*Be seen and the ‘go-to’ person and represent ActewAGL offsite in a public capacity.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
*Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience in sponsorship management.
*Excellent communication and writing skills with strong liaison, negotiation and representation skills.
*Proven ability to prepare sponsorship plans/strategies and evaluate success.
*Experience in building and maintaining relationships.
*Current driver’s licence (minimum Provisional driver level).
