Strategic Planner and Marketing Lead

A unique role that collaborates across Client Service, Creative and Digital divisions of a highly successful Marketing Agency – with a focus on strategic solutions for clients. If you are experienced in account service yet love getting to the heart of business issues – this role offers the perfect balance.

Reporting to the Strategic Planning Director and working closely with internal client teams you help champion marketing thought leadership across the business – assisting both external client projects as well as marketing planning for the Agency. You will utilise consumer, brand and industry insights to drive, evaluate and present creative solutions to clients. You can confidently facilitate client workshops and ideation sessions and assist across client presentations, tenders and pitches. An ability to develop client insights, oversee customer/client research and prepare a confident strategic findings are critical to the role.

In terms of your background, you may be a senior account service “suit” looking to move into a strategic role, or an in-house marketer seeking to move “agency-side”. You have high-level interpersonal skills and can build relationships across cross-functional teams quickly. You are adaptable and can work across a variety of projects simultaneously with strong presentation skills and an ability to elevate creative outcomes.
