Merrylees Architecture & Interiors – Studio Manager Role
Merrylees are seeking a Studio Manager to be part of this growing, boutique architecture practice. Architectural experience is not required, but the ideal candidate would be FUN, ORGANISED & HIGHLY MOTIVATED with a genuine interest in DESIGN. We are a relaxed studio that values work-life balance and offer flexible/remote working arrangements.
• Bachelor or Diploma in Advertising, Marketing, HR or other related qualifications.
• Proven work experience in administration within an Architecture, Design, Marketing, Advertising or similar creative office.
• Managing a small team, multiple projects and responsibilities, reporting directly to senior / executive level staff.
• Working within a creative industry.
• Has the ability to lead and manage a team
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships
• Write fee proposals, execute Client Contracts and Invoice clients
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our projects according to client needs and objectives
• Liaise with Project Architects to ensure projects are on track
• Review new business enquiries and assist to generate new leads
• Forecast and track company financials
• Assist with staff requirements, leave requests, mental health and wellbeing
• Arrange social events and team workshops
• Manage social media posts and queries

Technical Knowledge:
Word processing, Office Suite, Project Management Software (eg Trello), Web publishing (eg Squarespace and Instagram, Google Apps)
