Talent Coordinator – Creative Agency

Our client is a national brand talent recruitment specialist for experiential marketing activations, sampling events and in-store demonstrations. They were founded on the belief that talent should be an extension of a brands unique look and tone of voice.

To maximise every consumer and shopper engagement, they partner brands and talent by aligning every brands unique personality & aesthetic to individual ambassador profiles.

In the last year this agency has payrolled over 600 part-time staff and its now time for someone to join the team and focus wholeheartedly on talent recruitment of casual brand ambassadors annually.

The What

As the Talent Coordinator you will assist with recruiting efforts on an on-going basis to meet demands

You’ll help find the best brand ambassadors in the industry to work on experiential and sampling campaigns for some of the biggest household names.

You will support the recruitment lead with administrative duties throughout the recruitment process from attraction, review, interview and offer.

The How

2yrs + experience in recruitment or talent management

Strong communication skills; attention to detail and highly systematic with processes

Sound organisational skills with effective workload prioritization skills.

A positive attitude that will see you really contributing to an already awesome agency culture

Flexible Working: Part-time 4 days a week or Full-time
