Traffic Manager

Our Sydney office has an immediate opening for a Traffic Manager.

To be face of the Creative Production Team, developing project plans, tracking resources and driving deliverables in order to service the creative production needs of the whole agency.

Main Responsibilities …

– Create, own and manage the critical timelines for multiple projects – across creative, strategy, design, film and video content, UX, social media, activations and integrated marketing campaigns.
– Receive a brief and establish the project’s workflow plan for internal and client purposes, from the new business development phase through to producing campaigns.
– Clearly communicate the plan with the integrated team on an ongoing basis, delivering on each deadline in a calm, timely, organized manor.
– Be the master of everyone’s schedules, on a daily basis and a weekly/monthly perspective, with a pro-active, driven forward-planning focus.
– Scope projects from a financial perspective, in line with identifying what resources are required for each deliverable.
– Lead daily traffic WIP meetings, owning all status updates, chronologically.

About you …

– Solid understanding of the creative process and project/production management
– Highly organized, collaborative, harmonious, solutions-orientated communicator
– Works very efficiently, while also staying across the depths of the detail
– With a minimum three years’ agency experience
