Traffic Manager (Data + Analytics) – Contract + Permanent

Panalysis is a boutique analytics consultancy and we provide high touch, high-quality services to some of Australia’s top brands including Woolworths, Toyota, JB HiFi, The Iconic, SurfStitch, RM Williams and many more.

We’re looking for a high energy, efficient, and experienced Traffic Manager or Producer to join our team.

We have both a permanent role and a short-term 3 month+ contract role available.

This role will report to the Managing Director and you’ll be responsible for all aspects of managing the smooth operation of our team, such as managing work through the business, managing workflow, providing estimates and ensuring efficient use of our resources.

You’ll work as an integral part of our team to:
Ensure effective resource management, including:
Daily allocation of tasks
Scheduling and prioritisation of work
Running of daily stand-ups
Management of the WIP systems
Management and maintenance of Jira
QA testing and ensuring that our work meets our client’s standards
Assisting the accounts team in reviewing and understanding the digital specifications.
Managing and reporting project timelines and status, workloads and accounts, identifying and managing risks
What you’ll need:
Proven success in a comparable Traffic Management or Production role in a digital, analytics or similar fast-paced agency.
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, work well under pressure, manage workflows, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
Excellent attention to detail and brilliant written and oral communication skills,
Ability to build effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
A High degree of accountability, outstanding time management and strong prioritization skills.
A positive outlook with a focus to always learn and improve, and suggest better ways to achieve our goals.
The following would be a bonus, but are not essential:
JIRA and Confluence
Google GSuite
Sharepoint and Office 365
As we are a small business – multitasking, flexibility and willingness to work cross-functionally is a must.

If you have proven organization skills in a traffic or production role, and the ability to juggle all tasks needed to ensure the smooth operations of a small team, we would like to hear from you. This is a role for a motivated, high-energy and highly efficient individual.
