Traffic Manager (Immediate Freelance or Permanent role)

An opportunity to join a leading brand and design agency in a hands-on, busy and fun role. As the Traffic Manager, you’ll work directly with the creative studio and Executive Creative Director managing a range of brand and design campaigns across integrated media. The focus is on ensuring a timely, efficient and effective flow of creative work throughout the agency. The role requires an in-depth understanding creative requirements and technical elements ensuring that appropriate resources are dedicated to each project and followed through to delivery. As the Traffic Manager, you will review briefs and understand timelines in collaboration with the Account Service teams. You’ll allocate creative resources and manage creative reviews, presentations and approvals with the ECD including diary management of a busy team. You’ll contribute to the weekly WIP and ensure internal resources are available to meet client demands, escalating and flagging resource issues as required. Most importantly, you’ll establish effective and positive working relationships within teams and across departments, contributing the collaborative culture of the agency. This is strictly an “ego-free” agency with a flat, informal structure, and a warm and welcoming team. The agency is going through a period of re-structure so there’s lots of internal opportunity and ability to make an impact to process and efficiency. The client list is impressive and the agency is renowned for exquisite design work. This is the perfect role for someone with 3-4 years’ experience in an agency environment with high-level organisation skills and a confident communication style.
