The Company:

Corporate Technology Services (CTS) is a key provider of audio visual & ICT facilities management services to prominent corporate clients. Having doubled over the past five years, with now over 35 full-time staff, our services consist of onsite Audio Visual support, integration, maintenance, event support, equipment hire and broadcast video support. Initially established in Sydney, CTS have grown year-on-year and expanded our services to Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.

Your Role:

Based right above Wynyard train station in the Sydney CBD, this is a great opportunity to grow our burgeoning Video Department, working with key corporate and government clients, in liaison with our Videographer and AV Event Production Team.

Your role will include but is not limited to the following:

* Lead the high-quality delivery of end-to-end video production work;
* Conduct client meetings to discuss requirements for new and existing video content requests;
* Operate and oversee video streaming and broadcasting event requests;
* Manage the creation of storyboard and scripts, and editing of film content on Adobe Premiere Pro;
* Oversee new and existing documentation, quotes and tenders;
* Assist in the development of cost-effective marketing strategies to maximise results across all digital and online channels.

This role will be primarily office-based with some travel required occasionally to corporate client sites locally, regionally and interstate.

Your Background:

To be considered for this position you will have the following:

* Demonstrable experience in high-quality videography, content creation and film editing and production, preferably in a corporate environment;
* Excellent ability in using Premiere Pro, After Effects (required), and Graphic Design (highly regarded);
* Self-driven individual who is results-orientated and focused on opportunities and solutions;
* Strong leadership acumen gained from leading small teams;
* Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects with a large focus on attention to detail;
* A demonstrable customer-centric approach with the ability to build strong and lasting relationships with technical and non-technical personnel;
