VMO Director Programmatic

The Job

We’re now looking for a Director of Programmatic to join our VMO office in the heart of Sydney. This role will be responsible for positioning VMO as the market leader in DOOH advertising across Australia and New Zealand through revenue generation and strategic development. Other key responsibilities include:

Serve as a programmatic champion to both internal and external stakeholders
Lead & execute programmatic strategy
Consult clients on how best to utilise VMO’s inventory to deliver incremental revenue
Establish, grow and manage long-term profitable relationships with the full portfolio of buy-side programmatic partners, including agency holding companies and DSPs, as well as clients
Work with the Managing Director, research and technical team to drive strategic thinking
Ensure Dart360 planning tool is integrated within the different DSP’s
Apply technical expertise to services for optimum campaign management and efficacy

Who are we looking for?

This is a senior role that will help to shape VMO’s overall programmatic offering. We are also ideally looking for someone with:

3+ years’ experience in a programmatic company (preferably publisher side)
Previous experience in OOH would be highly beneficial
Results driven with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to demonstrate tenacity and resourcefulness
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A passion for programmatic and a long career in media
