Web Analyst | $100K – $140K Annual Salary

My client has gone on an interesting journey, starting as a consulting business who created a piece of technology to assist their clients, to now growing their SaaS offering to clients as well.

They developed a AI platform that assists their clients to maximise their online traffic and improve conversions and when they told me by how much, I almost fell off my chair!!

They have gone through impress growth over the past 2 years of me helping them recruit and it has been really exciting to watch their journey.

And because of this growth is where you come in….

They are looking for a web/digital data analyst to work directly with their key accounts and lead data analysis activities with a focus on providing insights into marketing activities.

Here is a fun list of your key responsibilities
Lead the development of integrated measurement frameworks across all digital marketing programs
Use analytics to inform projects and drive product decisions pre- and post-launch, coupled with a good understanding of best practices, good UX, and what works well
Scope, define and then configure business insights solutions
Define and execute on data modelling projects to help clients extract more value from their data such as marketing attribution
Segment traffic to understand and optimize user experience and conversion based on source, channel, visitor frequency, tenure, demographics, etc.
Lead a team of data analysts to deliver projects
Manage tagging including overall strategy, implementation, and best practices
You’ll need to be good at your job (dah!) and have experience using the following tools:
Google Analytics
Tag Management solutions such as Google Tag Manager or Tealium
Data visualisation and business insights platforms like Domo, Tableau, Periscope, Qlikview, Data Studio, Sisense or PowerBI

You will be working with some of the smartest data experts, UX/UI designers and software architects. You will be given autonomy to get your job done and trusted to deliver.

My favourite thing about my client though, is their willingness to invest in their staff. You will be flown to some of the best conferences and learning events around the world so you can upskill your knowledge and bring back and share your insights with the team.
