Julia Zemiro to host Seven’s new singing show All Together Now
Australian TV presenter and radio host Julia Zemiro will be the host of Seven’s new singing show All Together Now.
Zemiro is an actor, singer, writer and comedian, best known for her interview show Julia Zemiro’s Home Delivery and hosting 14 seasons of SBS’ Rockwiz.
Seven’s new program will see various soloists and groups perform in front of a judging panel of 100 people. It is produced by Endemol Shine.
‘The 100’ – which include singers and industry professionals – will stand up and join in if they like the performance. The bigger the number that joins in, the higher the act’s score.
It is based on the UK format which features former Spice Girl Gerri Halliwell.
The end of the series will see one act walk away with $100,000.
Zemiro said All Together Now is the show everyone has been waiting for.
“No journeys. No long stories. Just great singing. And judges? There are 100 judges! You heard right. They come from all walks of life and celebrate who we are,” she said.
“I love a big sing. And there’s something quite fabulous about a whole group of people singing their hearts out. I can’t wait to run this fabulous singing show through its paces!”
