Matthew is a cross functional leader with experience leading media businesses and sector experience in marketing disciplines including PR, public affairs, digital marketing, social media marketing and sponsorship.
He currently leads the Australian team of Audible, an Amazon Company. In this role, he is responsible for developing Audible’s business across ANZ. In addition, he is responsible for leading a cross functional team, influencing and driving change across key stakeholders, improving processes to scale with high business growth, and developing and leading functional leaders.
Before Audible, he has developed and led programs for brands such as Samsung, Telstra, KFC, Microsoft, PayPal, Commonwealth Bank, Reckitt Benckiser, News Limited, and Sanofi Pasteur among others.
He is a big believer in building happy and confident teams, and has experience managing a team of more than 100 people.
