'A very clear idea and well executed' - that was how Mumbrella Awards 2019's judges described this campaign from Cummins&Partners. Not only did it brilliantly demonstrate how great UX can solve business problems, but its live presentation enabled the team to bring the complexity of the brief to life. This is Cummins&Partners’ entry below, along with the judging criteria utilised to award it Best Use of User Experience.

For most brands, being invisible would present a significant business problem. But for the Australian Secret Intelligence Service, being invisible IS their business. While secrecy is important from an operational standpoint, there is one aspect of the ASIS organisation that has been impacted by a lack of public awareness: recruitment.
