Welcome to Best of the Week, written in Sydney, and for the first time in its entirety on Saturday morning. I’m hoping the 5am wakeup has left me with just enough time to get it written.

It’s been an intense week of closing Mumbrella Asia, and Mumbrella’s 11th birthday, and budgeting with the global bosses, and 4am starts and midnight finishes for TV commitments, and the office Christmas party, and 2020 planning.
