After studying and working in the digital marketing industry in the states for 17 years, Jinn decided to move back and was hired to run a digital advertising agency for McCann Worldgroup in 2007. He was one of the digital marketing veterans who had never left the industry. He founded CJ WORX with his creative partner in 2011. He wanted to run a new type of creative agency where he used digital channel to connect with consumers. He had the idea of how to turn word of mouth into media and how to get audience share their ads in social media without using any media. With that idea, he had created thousands of jobs for content makers and influencers. He believes in the best idea is the idea that impacts the world. He wants to make to the difference in the advertising agency by demonstrating others how agency business can become to something else besides just making ads. He often says to his staff and clients that CJ WORX is no longer a digital creative agency, but rather a Today agency.
