PwC’s Sarah Peacock appointed CMO of True Local and Skip
Former PwC staffer Sarah Peacock has been appointed the chief marketing officer of local ratings service True Local and cafe ordering app Skip.
Starting from August 28, Peacock will be reporting to CEO David Scribner as the Sensis-owned services look to expand their market offerings.
Peacock has over 11 years of marketing experience and was most recently national digital marketing lead at PwC. Prior to PwC she was head of social for Two Social, working with clients that included Warner Brothers, GSK and InsuranceLine.
Scribner said he was delighted to welcome Sarah to his team: “Unleashing the potential of True Local to deliver exceptional online services to small business owners comes down to having the right product mix and digital capability to market in a meaningful way.
“We need Sarah’s digital expertise and focus on driving business results to help take us to the next level where we truly empower businesses to become digitally confident.”
Peacock said she was thrilled to be joining the marketing and customer service teams at True Local and Skip.
“I am excited to be joining an organisation committed to partnering with local businesses across Australia. Tapping into digital and social media marketing offers great opportunities for local businesses to reach more of their customers in an efficient and effective way. I love that True Local and Skip are helping to demystify how they can get involved,” Peacock said.
Congratulations Sarah – such exciting news and such potential you are about to realize for your career and for the business!
