Vice NewsOne of the world’s leading youth media brands, Vice Media has announced an expansion of its Australian operation with plans to launch a local edition, with dedicated editorial and video staff.

The Australian expansion is part of a global push that will also see local-language editions launched in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Brazil and Mexico.

According to The Australian, Vice already has a staff of 40 in Australia which will rise to 70 under the new plan.
