Glenn Hanns
Glenn Hanns is an Australian Director of Photography, specializing in Drama, TV series and Documentaries.
His award winning cinematography has screened at international festivals including Camerimage (Poland),Sans Sebastian Film Festival (Spain), Long Island Film Festival and the LA Shorts Festival just to name a few.
Glenn, a multiple winner of Australian Cinematographers Society (ACS) awards has also been involved on award winning short films including FOUR [dir. Erin White] Palm Springs Film Festival, Best Short Film IF Award; THE VON [dir. John Mavety] which won 3rd Jury Prize at the SONY Tropfest Short Film Festival; and SLEEP TIGHT JACK [dir. John Mavety], which won the Short Sighted Film Festival and San Francisco International Film Festival 2009.Glenn is experienced with all forms of film and high-definition digital production workflows staying adaptable in an ever-changing technology landscape. A masters in cinematography graduate from the Australian Film Television & Radio School with the high achievement award, glenn has over 15 years of industry experience, collaboration and visual creativity with a strong emphasis on story and its representation through the lens.
