Sinead Curry
Sinead is an actor and voice over artist working across the sectors of theatre, film, television and live performance. Her practice encompasses acting on screen and stage, as well as collaborative development with theatre and screen professionals as a voice coach, dramaturg and writer. After graduating with a B. Communications (Theatre/Media) from Charles Sturt University, Sinead has worked in independent feature-length and short films such as ‘Corner and The Cutman’ by Daniel Holliday, ‘MONSTERS’ by Megan White; ‘Sisters’ by Lou Cregan, ‘Like Breathing’ by Lizzie Cooper and ‘Stroke The Black’ (Angry Bee Productions). In 2013 Sinead appeared on stage in ‘Friday’ by Daniela Giorgi (SITCO), ‘Toast’ by Stephanie Merriman (Sydney Fringe Festival) and as Belinda in ‘Cristina In The Cupboard’ by Paul Gilchrist (subtlenuance). Her performance as Belinda gave “the play a cheery vibrancy, and her comedic talents help[ed] a great deal with the entertainment value of the show” (SUZY GOES SEE). In 2014, Sinead has made her Adelaide Fringe Festival comedy debut in ‘Maverrick and Ferris’ 8 Steps To SUCCESSP’ (written by Shane Addison and Callum Lofts), while starring in award-winning webseries ‘Measures’ (Jilvan M Productions).
