Adam Dodd

Adam started his photographic journey back in 1994 shooting film. In 1999 Adam took his part time semi pro photographic work to the next level by spending a year at TAFE NSW studying full time for the photography certificate. One he completed the course he went into full time professional photography.

In 1995 Adam picked up his first Mini DV video camera. He found that having that extra skill helped to bring in work and that is was a simple transition from still photography. In 2000 Adam purchased his first editing computer a windows machine running a very early edition of Adobe Premier, editing was to be yet another imaging skill Adam would add to his skill set. Adams editing experience has also taught him how to shoot for an editor and he now working exclusively on mac.

In this day and age having those three skills has proved to be very valuable. The blurring of lines between the still and motion imaging boarders has worked in Adams favour and the still photographic background has given him a great foundation to build on for his imaging career.
