Doris has over 10 years of experience in marketing working on both agencies and clients’ side. She is the founder of Smart Mango, a pioneer agency specialised in Strategic Marketing and International Marketing.
Doris has developed her solid skills by working in various countries such as France, Canada, the Caribbean, England and Australia. She has consulted for private companies from diverse industries such as Event Management, Market Research, Health and Beauty, Leisure & Tourism, Construction and Automotive, but has also worked in public institutions such as the Chamber of Commerce in France and the Ministry of Economic Development and Exportation in Montreal.
Her multi-sector career led her to recognise an unmet need for the creation of accessible and realistic marketing plans and implementations specifically for small businesses. She has then gained a reputation for developing company’s point of differentiation, helping them to stand out from the crowd and achieve sustainable successes in domestic and international markets.
From developing marketing strategies to re-thinking old brands in new markets, Doris has business acumen, tactic flair and good knowledge of all aspects of Marketing. Doris is a Certified Practising Marketing from the Australian Marketing Institute. She also teaches marketing at the University of Sydney
Doris holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor (hons) in International Trade and Marketing from the University of Portsmouth (UK) and is fluent in French, English, Spanish and Creole.
