By dealing with a number of different stakeholders, Executive Assistants have the ability to influence a number of people on a daily basis; however doing so with integrity is a different feat. Gaining trust, listening intently, responding quickly, persuading easily and feeling empathetically toward others are all ways to influence positively. Remaining authentic in nature when exercising such capabilities will ensure you remain an integral cog within the organisation and indispensable to your management team and peers.
