For the past 7 years Drew has managed the Performance Media & Analytics team at Virgin Australia Group of Airlines. Before that he has held digital marketing and strategy roles with Brisbane Marketing, UK Trade & Investment & Golden Circle.

Drew will explain how Virgin Australia approaches data and the staged journey they have taken in leveraging data to enable outcomes. Kshira Saagar, Head of Analytics and Data Sciences, The Iconic

Kshira Saagar has been with the Analytics/Decision Sciences industry for almost a decade now having worked across Americas, Asia, Europe and more importantly Australia. The bulk of his work has been focussed on developing solutions for the Analytics problem spaces of the Retail, Telecom and Insurance marketing departments at some of the leading Fortune 100 clients. In his current role at The Iconic, he’s responsible for understanding and enabling data-driven decision making.

Kshira will be speaking to how to use your own data to redefine a new-age data-driven media attribution.

Jakub Otrząsek, Lead Web Analyst, Datalicious

Jakub has designed his career around his love of data. Moving from his native Poland to Australia in early 2016, Jakub has relished his role as Lead Web Analyst for Datalicious – where he is responsible for leading their Web Analytics team distributed across AU/NZ and Asia. His role involves delivering data and insights on an everyday basis, creating cutting edge solutions for blue chip customers and integrating different technology stacks (Google, Adobe, etc) to create outstanding business value.

Jakub will be sharing insights into what GDPR implications will mean to Australian business as well as outlining what processes companies should take in order to accommodate requests for “removing data”.

Jessica Chan, Audience Product Manager, eBay [MODERATOR]

Jess’ career started at IBM supporting the generation of sales leads for integrated IT enterprise solutions. Since then, she has explored the world of digital, advertising, data and ad/mar tech platforms at companies; ninemsn, Microsoft and Ticketek Entertainment Group.

Jess now works at eBay Australia & New Zealand, leading audience product for eBay’s marketing and advertising divisions.
