Mumbrella Pro is a subscription product from the team at Mumbrella. It features multimedia content from our range of events including Mumbrella360, Australia’s biggest media and marketing conference. The content includes video, audio, presentations and and more from more than 15 events that happen throughout the year across Australia and Singapore. It also includes a detailed industry database which was formerly called Mumbrella The Source. The database includes brands, agencies, media and the key people that work within them.

Content on Mumbrella Pro will be updated regularly.

Subscribing is simple. There are three basic packages, and all of them give you access to the complete range of Mumbrella Pro content. Just pick which one is right for you depending on the amount of users you from your business. To subscribe, click here.

We’re not perfect and we encourage you to report any errors you might find. We promise that we will look into it as soon as we can. We endeavour to sort out any issues within 24 hours. To report an error of any kind, simply email mumbrellapro@mumbrella.com.au.

Good question. Not all speakers allow us to publish the video or audio of their session, or share the presentation that they worked off. It can also sometimes take a little time to get the video, audio or presentation file ready to publish. If you don’t see a session on Mumbrella Pro that you were really hoping to catch up on, drop us a line and we can let you know why. If it is simply delayed in going live, we may even be able to fast track it a little. Just email mumbrellapro@mumbrella.com.au.

We’re sorry to see you go. We make unsubscribing very simple. Just head to your accounts page and you have the option to cancel your plan. Please note that we require 30 days notice, in which time you will have full access to your account. If you have any issues at all cancelling, please email mumbrellapro@mumbrella.com.au or call us on (02) 8296 0230. We would also love to know what we could have done better to keep you as a subscriber, so please do give us feedback.

Simple. Head to My Account and from there you can very easily add or subtract users up to the amount of users you are allowed within your subscription package.

Our team of developers are usually able to address issues within a few hours and if it is not a problem on our end, we’ll do our best to figure out what is happening on your end if we can. But unfortunately, if it is something on your end, we don’t always have a solution for that.
