Five Australian agencies take home Mumbrella Asia Awards

Last night more than 300 media and marketing professionals from across the Asia Pacific region came together for the biggest and most diverse Mumbrella Asia Awards yet, with five Australian agencies winning awards for the APAC region.

Now in its third year, the Mumbrella Asia Awards celebrate the best, bravest, most innovative and most creative players in the media, marketing and advertising industries – but this year marked the first year agencies from across Australia and New Zealand could enter the new APAC categories.

The APAC Creative Agency of the Year category, which had finalists from New Zealand, Singapore and Australia, went to Australia’s The Monkeys.

The jury applauded The Monkeys for punching above its weight, thanks to outstanding work and great company culture, which was reflected in humorous but impactful work for Meat & Livestock Australia and Telstra.
