I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with the customer service phone service. I have phoned several times to exchange a ticket purchase. I’ve had to wait for more than an hour each time so I had to give up.
Also it is totally discriminatory that you expect everyone to access your website for tickets. I am in my seventies and I have many friends who would not be able to use a website. Absolutely unacceptable for people of my generation.
I am an avid fringe fan. Some members of my family perform in the fringe, produce and direct shows for the fringe and I also make a donation when I purchase tickets.
I hope you seriously consider my comments.
