Adelaide radio ratings: Mix 102.3 holds top spot overall as Jodie Oddy departs
Australian Radio Network’s Mix 102.3 managed to hold a slim lead at the top of the Adelaide radio ratings, with GfK survey eight leaving the station as #1 overall despite falling 1.7 percentage points to an 11.7% share.
The station, which is losing breakfast co-host Jodie Oddy after 13 years, also lost share in that slot, but remains the #1 FM breakfast show in a two-way tie with Triple M Adelaide on 10.6%.
Jodie and Soda fell -1.9 points in a disappointing final book, with Triple M’s Roo and Dits gaining 1.1 points to meet them. ARN is yet to announce a replacement breakfast show for Mix 102.3 next year.
Neither Mix nor Triple M were able to hold a candle to ABC’s Ali Clark who increased her lead at the top of the overall breakfast ratings, steaming further ahead of the pack with 1.1 points to hit a 15.9% share of listening.
FIVEaa’s David and Will sit in second overall with 12.2%, despite losing 1.6 points. Nova’s Ben and Liam, who topped the FM stakes earlier this year, end the year in fifth overall with a respectable 9.7%.
Nova Entertainment’s FIVEaa finished survey eight on level terms with stablemates Nova 91.9 on a 9.8% share of listening among People 10+, as both stations dropped listening.
Meanwhile, Triple M Adelaide and SAFM both gained share to finish with 9.6% and 9.3% respectively.
Survey eight is the third survey to be released since the COVID-enforced break, which saw several surveys skipped during 2020. The latest survey covered the period from Sunday, 20 September to Saturday, 28 November.
