Adhesive announces senior appointments

Adhesive had bolstered its senior team with Alex Fitzpatrick taking the reins of its corporate offering, and the appointment of two account directors.

The announcement:

Leading communications agency, Adhesive, has bolstered its senior team with Alex Fitzpatrick taking the reins of its corporate offering, and the appointment of two account directors in Mia Hardman and Eden Radford – setting it up to deliver on increased client scopes and supporting Adhesive’s ambitious growth agenda in its 10th year.

Welcoming Alex, Eden and Mia to the team, Mike Maurice, founder & managing director of Adhesive commented: “We’re excited to be welcoming three very skilled PR professionals to Adhesive. Alex, Eden and Mia bolster Adhesive’s corporate, B2B and consumer offerings with their unique skill sets and interests, and have already hit the ground running.”

Alex Fitzpatrick has worked with internationally diverse teams in financial services and energy utilities at BNP Paribas and AGL Energy, and has experience across governance, strategy, sustainability, investor relations, issues management, crisis communications and government relations.

Eden Radford joins Adhesive with almost a decade of experience in PR across New Zealand and Australia. Specialising in B2B and tech, Eden has led campaigns on global and local scales, delivering results across strategic response, tactical delivery and campaign management.

“Adhesive is experiencing a surge in new business wins and increased scope across B2B with Xero, Planday and Domain, and Eden has been brought onboard to help Adhesive grow this practice and uplift the broader team.” Mike said.

Mia Hardman also joins the team with over eight years of industry experience working across a range of globally recognised consumer lifestyle clients, specialising in fashion, beauty and entertainment. A passionate and confident communications professional, her experience spans formulating integrated strategies, earned media relations, celebrity ambassadorships, tour management, influencer marketing as well as end-to-end consumer activations.

The new hires at Adhesive follow on from the senior internal promotions of Bridget Mills and Lauren Mallis into senior account directors and eight new hires into all ranks in 2022 alone.

“It’s exciting to see the next generation of PR professionals come through the doors at Adhesive, with their work already making an impact and being recognised by the industry through numerous nominations and award wins for Adhesive’s campaigns and culture.” Mike added.

The continued investment in consumer and B2B, as well as employee uplift, are part of Adhesive’s strategy to make brands famous, trusted and relevant, and is complemented by Adhesive’s holistic communications approach.
