ADMA partners with Ariana Huffington’s Thrive Global

ADMA has entered a partnership with Ariana Huffington’s workplace wellbeing business, Thrive Global, giving the advertising and marketing industry access to its resources.

The announcement:

The Association for Data-driven Marketing & Advertising (ADMA) is excited to announce an unprecedented partnership allowing the Marketing and Advertising industry access to Arianna Huffington’s Thrive Global platform.

Ms Huffington launched Thrive Global with the express desire to improve the metal health and productivity for individuals and businesses worldwide.

Arianna Huffington is the founder and CEO of Thrive Global, co-founder of The Huffington Post and author of 15 books. Ms Huffington has been named in Time Magazine’s list of the world’s 100 most influential people and by Forbes as one of the most influential women in media. Ms Huffington said the business world was already in a mental health crisis before COVID-19, and this pandemic has only amplified the issue.

ADMA CEO, Andrea Martens states that “In these extraordinary times of uncertainty, anxiety and stress, taking care of well-being is more important than ever. ADMA has identified that mental resilience, improvement in well-being and in productivity are paramount as we manoeuvre through these times.”

Thrive Global was established with a mission to create a tangible asset that would help individuals, companies and communities improve their wellbeing and performance and unlock their greatest potential. It’s the world’s first behaviour change platform combining data, stories and actionable Microsteps that take individuals on a journey of well-being, sustainable healthy habits and improved performance both in their professional and private lives. The platform is built on robust science and backed by powerful data – the perfect example of the power of data in action.

Martens goes on to suggest that “As most organisations have a core marketing department, we believe offering access to Thrive Global is an ideal way to positively affect businesses across the country. Marketers are usually early adopters and can communicate action. By offering Thrive as a tool to marketers first, we believe it will positively impact the whole business.”

The Thrive platform offers each individual a holistic solution that engages them through science, storytelling, and an exceptional user experience across four key journeys: Recharge, Fuel, Focus, Connect. It works through offering its users hundreds of science-backed Microsteps to help people develop long lasting healthy habits. These steps are designed to be built upon and are referred to as too small to fail. It also offers Microlearning experiences providing users with deep dive resources on timely topics. People also have access to assessments allowing individuals to understand their journey and track their progress together with interactive tools allowing people to put the theory into action.
