Award-winning boutique PR Agency, Agent 99 has announced the appointment of Founder and Director, Sharon Zeev Poole, to the Advisory Board of new Australian charity The Warrior Woman Foundation.

The Warrior Woman Foundation, which is set to launch in July 2021, is an organisation that offers support and life skills training to young and vulnerable Australian women.

Sharon was appointed to the Foundation’s board to advise on PR and Comms strategy, the implementation of an integrated plan and development of future campaigns.

In addition to the advisory board appointment, Agent 99 has offered pro bono support to the Foundation with the aim of generating donations to the charity, and build a robust database of mentors and program benefactors.

Sharon said in a statement, “I am so honoured to be appointed to the advisory board of The Warrior Woman Foundation. The organisation’s values strongly align with my own as well as Agent 99’s and we are delighted to work alongside an organisation that’s doing such incredible work to support vulnerable women and those coming out of foster care and facing adversity. I look forward to guiding the team as well as helping its growth and opportunities from media relations and influence perspective.”

Jessica Brown, CEO & Founder of The Warrior Woman Foundation added, “Having the support of Agent 99 is a dream. We reached out to Agent 99 as we knew that our values align strongly, and they have supported other ventures in the past, helping to raise over $800K in donations alone. We knew that this partnership could help us reach more vulnerable women, increase our network, and afford us the ability to offer more support. I look forward to seeing the many things that we can achieve with Sharon’s guidance and help from the team at Agent 99.”

To support Agent 99’s growing business and client retention, Sharon has acknowledged the hard work of her team, promoting one staff member of the agency, as well as hiring into a newly created role.

Emilie Lawson has been promoted to Account Manager after a year and a half with the agency as a Senior Account Executive, which will see her taking on more responsibility across client accounts in both the B2B and B2C specialty areas. The agency has also hired a new graduate, Emma Tindale, as a PR and Social Media Account Coordinator to support the growing team.

Sharon spoke of the promotions within the agency, “We are very excited about the growth happening at Agent99. As a boutique communications agency, the ability to support a new charity, and expand and hire new staff is incredible following a challenging 2020.”
