AGL pitches creative putting GPY&R on alert
Energy company AGL has put its creative advertising account out to pitch putting incumbent GPY&R Melbourne on alert, Mumbrella can reveal.
A spokeswoman confirmed the pitch to Mumbrella, saying: “AGL is reviewing its creative agency services as part of our normal business processes. AGL’s current above-the-line agency, George Paterson, Young & Rubicam will be participating in the process.”
Three other agencies will be battling it out for the account against GPY&R who have held the account since March 2007, although the company declined to reveal who they are.
