AKA has winning run across media and creative with Australian Ballet and National Gallery of Victoria

Arts and entertainment specialist AKA has announced a series of wins in both media and creative, including being appointed as media agency for both The Australian Ballet and National Gallery of Victoria.

The Australian Ballet among recent wins for AKA

The agency which specialises in servicing the cultural, entertainment and arts industries, adds its latest media clients to a series of wins in recent months including the Australian tours of Priscilla Queen of The Dessert The Musical, and Beautiful – The Carole King Musical.

Other wins have included the full-service marketing accounts for the Australasian tours of Mrs. Browns Boys Live and MAMMA MIA! The Musical.

Asia Pacific managing director of the agency, Vas Katos, said being able to offer a specialist service in a sector that required unique abilities had managed to set the agency apart in its recent push for new business.

“Worldwide, the entertainment industry is experiencing an unprecedented growth period, especially around musical theatre, blockbuster exhibitions and premium concert touring,” Katos said.

“Australia is a vital territory for the global producers and promoters, which has resulted in a large pipeline of major arts and cultural projects coming our way, over the next few years.”
