Alison Ray becomes general manager at Town Square

Creative agency, Town Square, has hired Alison Ray as general manager.

Ray joins from The Brand Agency, where she spent over seven years holding roles including client services director and agency director.

Ray has previously worked as head of account service at Market United and group account director at CHE Proximity.

In her new role, Ray will be responsible for leading business development and overseeing the digital strategy and campaign activity of the agency’s clients.

Harry Corsham, partner at Town Square, said in a statement: “Alison brings a wealth of experience to Town Square at an important time in our growth. Not only has she considerable digital and data strategy capabilities, she is also adept at managing agency operations and developing new business opportunities. She is something of an allrounder and we’re delighted to welcome her to the Town Square team as we look ahead to a number of new opportunities in 2020.”

Ray added: “I’m delighted to be joining Town Square and be part of the next phase for the business. I’ve watched them attract some great talent and create some really effective campaigns and I look forward to playing my part in that as well as driving new business.”
