ARIA Charts: Benson and Beyonce topple Taylor

Good news, everyone! Mumbrella will now be publishing the ARIA Top 50 Singles and Albums charts each Friday afternoon, along with a snappy little chart analysis, so you can be sure to enter your weekend armed with the correct knowledge of which chart toppers you should be dancing to in the discotheques.

ARIA ALBUMS CHART

Taylor still rules the Albums chart, despite being ousted over on the Singles chart (more on that later), with the top 5 placements, and four more albums in the Top 20.

The highest debut on the charts during a quiet release week was Aussie funk band Mildlife who debuted at #36 with their third album, Chorus.
