ARIAs deliver for Go

The rebooted ARIA Awards delivered Nine’s digital channel Go solid ratings on Sunday night, pulling in an average audience of 369,000, an 11.5% commercial share and a peak audience of 542,000.

Last year’s event, which aired on Ten, was criticised for the quality of its presentation. Last night’s newly formatted ceremony was produced by The Conscience Organisation.

The show  dominated social media, with most trending topics on Twitter relating to the ARIAs.

The show did best in the 16-39 demographic, where it attracted a commercial share of 18.6%.
